SINC Construction is a women-owned custom home builder serving the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, headquartered in Blakeslee with projects throughout Lake Harmony and the surrounding communities. Founded by Kara Sincavage in 2007, the company designs and builds custom homes across the Poconos, including large 6–10 bedroom investment homes planned for vacation rental use where permitted, signature POCONO A-FRAME® designs, and select two- and four-bedroom specialty homes.

Behind the business is a fifth-generation family legacy of construction and land development in the Poconos dating back to 1870. Kara, a fourth-generation local, leads the company alongside her daughter Mackenzie Seitz, representing the fifth generation. Together, this mother-and-daughter team brings generations of local knowledge, personal commitment, and a hands-on approach to every project, guiding clients from the first conversation about their lot and goals through design, specifications, and construction.
